Home/Planners and bureaus
For meeting planners and speaker bureausBooking me should be the easy part of your event.
After 250+ keynotes, I've learned my job has two halves. Move your audience on the day, and make your life easier in the weeks before it.

Everything you need, without the email chain.
There are a lot of moving parts when you book a keynote speaker. Instead of chasing each other by email, take what you need.
From FTSE 100 boardrooms to national conferences.
From first email to standing in the room.
You tell me the date and the room
I read every enquiry myself and reply within one working day to check your date and set up a short call.
We shape it together
A planning call with me about your people, your theme and what you want them to do differently afterwards.
It's handled
Contract, travel and tech rider, all handled directly with me. You'll receive the full speaker pack, and I'll check in with your AV team before the day.
The work continues
I stay after the talk, and every attendee gets a free copy of the Reinvention Handbook.
Built for your kind of event.
Travel
Based in London. For events abroad I fly in at least a day before and stay for the whole day. Travel is quoted up front with the fee.
Tailored, every time
No two rooms get the same hour. The planning call shapes the examples, the language and the ask at the end around your industry and your people.
On the day
A headset or lapel mic, a screen for slides, and ten minutes with your AV team. The full tech rider is in Planner resources above.
What organisers say about the run-up.
Good to know.
Is the content suitable for all audiences?
Yes. We agree the content in advance on the planning call. I tell my story honestly, never graphically, and every keynote ends on a clear way forward. It works for senior leaders, sales teams and mixed audiences.
Can we record the keynote?
Usually, yes. Let me know in your enquiry and we'll agree recording and how you can use it in the contract.
Do organisers book you again?
Often. National Grid has booked me four times, and Arden University has had me back for multiple events.
What are your fees?
International keynotes start from US$10,000 plus travel. UK fees on request. Fees depend on the format, the length and where the event is. Send the details through the form, we'll have a short call about your event, and you'll have a clear quote straight after, with no obligation.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Conference season dates go first, so if you have a date in mind, check it now. I'll always tell you straight away if a date is free.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes. I'm based in London and speak worldwide, including the US, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. I fly in at least a day before and stay for the whole day. Travel is quoted up front with the fee. International bookings.
Can you tailor the talk to our theme?
Every time. Before the event we have a planning call about your people, your theme and what you want them to do differently afterwards, and I build the talk around that.
Can you speak virtually?
Yes. Virtual sessions are delivered live and designed for screens, not a filmed version of the stage talk. I'm happy to work around your time zone.
Can you run a Q&A or fireside chat?
Yes. Many organisers add a Q&A after the keynote or a moderated conversation. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll build it into the plan.
Can we get bios and photos for our event programme?
Yes. Official bios, approved photos and the one-pager are on the press and bios page. Once your booking is confirmed, I send the full speaker pack personally: an introduction script, programme copy, announcement graphics and on-the-day details.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. I carry public liability insurance and I'm DBS checked, and I can send certificates to your team or venue on request.
Can we book through an agency or bureau?
Of course. Agencies and speaker bureaus are very welcome. Send them this page, or ask them to email bookings@omarsharif.me and I'll work with them directly.
Have you written a book?
Yes. Breakthrough: From the Streets to Success was published by Hachette in 2025. I wrote it for young people, the book I needed at seventeen. Signed copies can be arranged for your event. About the book
Let's make your next event the one they talk about.
Tell me the date and the room, wherever in the world it is. You'll hear back within one working day to check your date and arrange a short call with me.
Need to get sign-off first? Download the one-pager to share with your team.
