Yes. I speak at INSET days, staff conferences and trust-wide days, as a keynote, an interactive workshop or both. The session is shaped around your school's priorities after a call with me.
Do you speak to headteachers and trust leaders?
Yes. I've spoken at the IAPS Annual Conference for heads, the Oldham headteachers group and further education leadership events. Those talks focus on leadership identity, energy and why the work matters.
Can you also speak to students?
Yes. Many schools book a staff session and a student assembly on the same day. I'm DBS checked, carry public liability insurance and speak to all ages, from primary to university.
Can the talk be delivered online?
Yes, live online for trusts and networks spread across several sites.
